Helping Hands Ministry
Jesus taught His disciples that helping those in need is a fundamental Christian obligation (Matthew 25:31-46). We take this responsibility seriously, and through our Helping Hands Ministry, we seek to provide aid to those in and around Purcellville who need help in unique circumstances. We endeavor to help as many as our resources allow us to assist.
Our assistance is intended for anyone who has need, but especially for those with physical limitations, single parents, the aged, and others who are disadvantaged in some way. Examples of help we can provide include:
- Mowing a lawn
- Light yard work
- Picking up a prescription
- Picking up groceries
- Shoveling snow off of sidewalks
- Providing a meal to a family in need
The church offers these services free of cost or obligation. We do not need, expect, or ask for any financial assistance or contributions whatsoever for these efforts from those outside of our membership. The reward for any good work will find all Christians in Heaven!
To get started with our Helping Hands Ministry, fill out the Contact Us form with your specific request, and we will get back to you (typically within 24 hours) to let you know whether and when your needs can be met.
